His postgraduate training includes his clinical rotation at the University of Montreal and McGill University in Canada (2000-2001), as well as his neurology residency performed at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (2001-2005). He is fellowship trained in electromyography as well as epilepsy and neuroimaging. Dr. Best completed his undergraduate education with a focus on biochemistry at the University of Ottawa in Canada. He attained board certification in neurology with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
